Yolande Clark-Jackson is a multi-media creative communicator and consultant who has worked in various areas of publishing. She holds an MFA in Creative Nonfiction and is an award-winning personal essayist and author of the award-winning children’s book, Rocko's Big Launch.
Yolande has published work on multiple platforms and has experience in writing and editing across industries, including health and wellness, parenting, education, marketing, travel and food & wine.
She has extensive knowledge and background in independent book publishing, journalism, ELA education and curriculum development, and often leads professional development and writing workshops for various schools and arts organizations.
To help spark the inner storytellers in others, she often hosts low-stakes creative writing events and workshops through her "Wine Down and Write" (WDW) platform she created in 2019.
